Let's get coffee and find out if we're a good fit! I'd like to have a discussion about what you're looking for, and what I bring to the table.
Whether you're looking for pricing options for your shoot, or just want to find out what I could do for you, fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
How much will a photoshoot cost?
It depends. Every project brings its own unique set of requirements and challenges, ranging from travel time to equipment rentals. Here's what I can tell you now - I'll provide you with a flat rate up front for the project that includes shooting time, rental costs, and post-production on the photos. That rate doesn't change, so you know what you'll be paying ahead of time.
I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. Where do I get started?
Start by contacting me at the link above! A blank slate is a pretty great place to begin, because we can brainstorm some ideas and figure out what you need.
How long does a photoshoot take?
If I'm working with you, I'll set aside enough time for us to take our basic shots, and to explore any ideas that come up on location. I'm not big on time constraints, so let's just focus on doing this right!
I hate being in front of a camera. How can I make this easier?
Don't worry, this is pretty much the first thing everyone says when the camera comes out! First of all, remember that I'm going to be working for YOU! My entire goal during our photoshoot is to make sure that you look like your best self, so the camera isn't your enemy. If it helps, bring a playlist of your best pump-up music to get you in the spirit!
What equipment do you use?
I primarily use a Sony a7iii, and my lenses of choice are a 50mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.8. I love working with available light, but I have an off-camera flash for those tight spots.
Can I just have the raw files and edit them myself?
Sadly, no. My work doesn't end behind the camera, it's also represented in my creative process and post-production. If there's something you like about my photos, it's probably because I put a lot of time and work into it - the raw photos in someone else's hands wouldn't be an accurate representation of my style.
